Can I inspect or test one of the scooters prior to purchase?
We often have models available to inspect or test in central London. Get in touch with us at hello@ridesteed.com and we'll let you know which models we have and can arrange a test ride.


What about maintenance and repairs?
We advise performing regular maintenance on your scooter. Contact us for information about recommended maintenance steps.

If an issue develops as a result of a fault that was there at purchase, we will do what it takes to make it right.

If an issue develops within the first two years after purchase it may be covered under the warranty. See here for details. 


I saw another similar scooter or trike online, can I buy one from you?
We can almost certainly source it but to be able to get a good price we would need a reasonable volume of sales. So please drop us an email (at hello@ridesteed.com) with a link or picture of a model you would like to purchase through us and if we get enough demand we will try to stock it.


Is it possible to order the same scooter but with a larger battery?
This is dependent on the model and stock. Drop us an email at hello@ridesteed.com and we will check for you.


How can you sell cheaper than elsewhere?
We have a pretty bare bones cost model with no physical store. We go direct to the factories in China that produce these scooters rather than working with wholesalers or importers. We have a limited number of models available so that we can negotiate the best prices on those that we sell.


What if I see the same scooter for a cheaper price elsewhere?
Let us know and we'll try to match it! Sometimes other offers aren't as good as they first appear (e.g. same model but smaller battery or higher shipping costs).
