Auto Fill In Forms Required to Register New Citycoco With the DVLA

Registering your new citycoco with the DVLA is a fairly painful experience. To help you out we've built a tool that automatically fills in the paperwork required and emails it to you. All you need to do is check the paperwork, print it, sign it and send it in.

You can access the tool here.

Currently this tool will only generate the documents for a new citycoco with a Certificate of Conformity (typically a yellow A4 that comes with the scooter, with vehicle details listed on both sides). But we are looking at upgrading the tool so it can fill in the paperwork for used ones as well.

If you use the tool, the steps are now:

1. Enter your information into the tool and receive an email with the link to your three documents within a few minutes

2. Check, print and sign the documents

3. Send them to DVLA Swansea SA99 1BE along with:

  • A photocopy of your driving license
  • A copy of your purchase receipt/invoice
  • A copy of your delivery information (tracking, expected delivery date etc)
  • Your original Certificate of Conformity
  • A cheque or postal order for £55

The tool will automatically delete your data within seven days.

We explain the registration process in detail in our other blog post here.

Let us know if you have any questions or thoughts.
