Steed Trike

I actually ordered my Steed Trike when they were out of stock. So the excellent team sent me the details of the container that my steed was in and I followed it all the way from china to London.

I had fun building the trike at home and when I had a slight problem the team answered my emails within 24 hours.

My fully built Steed Trike is now stored at my golf club where it is admired by every single person who sees it.

I am absolutely sure that in time my Steed will not be the only one on my golf course.

The trike is everything I expected. From Luke arriving at 7 and staying 'till 9 to assemble and hand 'Bumble' over, the replacement of a couple of parts not up to standard and the follow-up assistance has been perfect. Best part? Riding it at 6.30 on a Sunday morning from home to my golf club, a journey of 14 miles. Hardest part has been getting the grin of my face!

The communication was not good, could be better but trike eventually arrived pre-assembled ,luke stayed and assembled trike for me he was very polite & helpful went through everything...I got £50.00 refund due to few problems, well worth waiting for love the trike just waiting for dvla so I can ins it now...

Where to begin? Firstly I suppose should be the service which is exemplary have no fear that they will do whatever it takes to provide you with exactly what you've ordered and will even go above and beyond what you'd probably expect to solve any problems you may have. Luke is a good man, and I trust him although I've only met him once.
Now the important stuff, I have the Labicana Trike with the extra battery and the 3000w motor it was delivered on time although not as shown but this I put down to the courier, however the trike was so thoroughly well packed and packaged I doubt the courier could have damaged it if he'd dropped it out of a helicopter on to my front garden. Note to anyone storing trike outdoors over winter, Partially charged batteries can start to freeze at the same temperature as water, 32 degrees Fahrenheit .That's 0c I pulled this information off the internet.
The trike is comfortable with good leg room and plenty of room for a passenger (pillion rider), the controls are standard motorcycle controls except for the clutch which becomes rear brake and phase or gear shift is operated via a switch on the right side of handlebars which is marked 1,2,3.
Although limited to 28mph the acceleration is exhilarating, the steering rock steady and predictable. The all round disc brakes are excellent (probably helped by the fat tires putting a healthy footprint on the road surface). I've only done about 60 miles on my trike so far but it's been 60 miles with a big grin on my face, if you're fed up with sitting in a box while you potter around town?
